This is based upon the date of purchase, product type, and cause of damage/break.
The impressed letters are filled with enamel. It is water-resistant however, not waterproof. Avoid submersion. Remove showering or washing dishes. It is normal over time to wear. To repair/refill these areas, here are some options:
1. Use a fine tip sharpie, and use aWILL REMOVE THE ENAMEL EASILY.
2. Purchase stamp ink enamel. The directions make it super easy to use & will last you past the time of your jewelry. Approx $10- $12
3. Choose to ship your piece back covering the shipping cost & the enamel refilling is free. $3.50 return shipping.
